Abstract
National industries already have policies that are able to strengthen industrial competitiveness, especially small and medium businesses. Business activities in the form of manufacturing Small Industries are the backbone of the real economy that encourages the welfare of the community because the numbers are very large and spread in various regions. because it is generally close to residential and business centers. National policies that can encourage competitiveness, for example, are carried out in the form of soft loans, training, incentives, tax breaks, business assistance, ease of regulation and various forms of support. But it must be understood that what is no less important is how the small manufacturing industry itself can make competitive steps both in capturing markets and in the efficient form of work operations within its organization. At present, the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) has been widely adopted by various industries in various countries. The 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) was first introduced in Japan as a determination to conduct sorting (Seiri), structuring (Seiton), cleansing (Seisō), maintaining steady conditions (Seiketsu), and self-awareness of the habits needed to carry out work well (Shitsuke). The implementation of community service activities in the form of socialization and training on the application of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) to improve the quality of the work environment in the service industry is packaged in the form of simple, easy to understand concepts planned for three months.

Abstract
This activity has the purpose to give understanding and to train the ability in service industry in applying the method of service quality to improve the quality of service. Participants in this activity are stakeholders in service industry in the region of South Meruya West Jakarta those are business enterpreneur hosewives who are joined in RPTRA Mahkota South Meruya SelatanWest Jakarta. Method of training in increasing the quality of service is by using the method service quality in service industry they are: delivering material about service quality, delivering material about evaluating customer-s satisfaction with the material service quality. Participation and seriousness of the participants can be said is good enough. Result of this training is that members of Mahkota South Meruya feel satisfied and get practical knowledge about application of ServQual.

Abstract
Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) is a means of developing students interests and talents in the schools internal environment. The existence of the student council can be beneficial for schools and the community. OSIS is also a major component of the pioneering schoolfor developments in the school. The problem is that many student councils do not show their existence as a driving force in the development of schools and students. The student council vacuum is more due to the low understanding of management and leadership concepts, so that potential members cannot be managed properly. This community service activity is carried out by providing training and program assistance for 1 month. As a result of this activity is the increasing existence of OSIS in schools and is beneficial for students and the community as a forum for discussion in terms of increasing the existence of OSIS and contributing to human development.

Abstract
The goal of national education is the development of students- potentials to become Indonesian people who have character, life skills, and are fully Indonesian nationalism. The purpose of the national education was clearly translated by the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Reinforcement of Character Education program for students at each level of education unit. Reinforcement of character education can be accelerated through the socialization of Reinforcement of Character Education for students, teachers and parents. As an implementation of this socialization, the Directorate of Elementary School Development through the Sub-Directorate of Students held Quizzes for Elementary School Students in 20 locations starting in March 2018 under the name “Kuis Siap-Siap Aku Bisa”. This quiz is carried out with a television show quiz production model that involves audio visual by the experts in their fields as a means to shape the character of elementary school students to become Indonesian people who have belief, faith, and knowledge to become fully Indonesian. The results of this activity have had an enormous impact and impact on the mental development and behavior of participants to become more confident and have the courage to appear in public. For this reason, this activity in the future must be carried out in a sustainable manner considering the results obtained are very important and positive.

Abstract
Six Sigma is a management tool that is focused on quality control by exploring the overall work operating system that has the aim of eliminating production defects, maximum work results, best service, process without maintenance and time efficiency to minimize costs. Six Siga is comprehensive, which means strategies, disciplines, and tools to achieve and support the success of the business and its operations. Six Sigma is called a strategy because it is focused on increasing customer satisfaction, called a discipline because it follows the formal model, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Six Sigma is widely proven in practice and research shows high success in its application in various corporate organizations, hospitals, education, factories, airlines and universities. Universities need to contribute in improving the quality of lecturers and students in producing excellent quality performance. Each individual student and lecturer is required to produce excellent quality in serving his work, both on campus, work units and the community. One method used to provide solutions to improve organizational internal process standards that aims to minimize mismatches in work processes and results is the Six Sigma method. Six Sigma training activities by Six Sigma certified trainers are conducted at the Bina Tunggal Bekasi STT community which is a tertiary institution ranked and under the Mercu Buana University. Incidentally, the two institutions have a partnership that has been fostered so far.

Abstract
The use of electrical equipment that is not in accordance with the standards established by SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) and the installation of electrical equipment that is not in accordance with the provisions are still often found in peoples homes, so that the threat of electric fire hazards will be possible. Data from the recapitulation of fire incidents in DKI Jakarta Province in 2018 revealed that the biggest cause of fire was due to electrical short circuit, as many as 494 fire incidents occurred in a total of 1667 residences. This is quite alarming because many of the fires are caused by the low quality and installation of cables in most peoples homes and residents do not understand the dangers of using inappropriate electrical energy. To participate in assisting the government in conducting socialization about the right electricity usage to prevent fires, the PPM activities in the form of socialization and direct assistance to residents homes. The purpose of this activity is so that in the future residents of the Tugu Selatan Village of North Jakarta are more concerned about the electrical installations and the electrical equipment they use by following with specified standards. This activity is very useful for the residents, proven by their enthusiasm in participating in the extension program with questions about the correct use of electrical energy and peoples curiosity in knowing how to save electricity usage at home and calculate the cost of using electricity in their homes.

Abstract
The school dropout rate in Jakarta remains high, according to the Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan 116.000 students aged 16 to 18, who are school bound, don-t continue or stop their education due to various reason, mostly due to socio-economic factors. Some of them decided to be street hustlers and trash collectors. There are 72 school dropouts enrolled to an emergency learning center located on a cemetery complex owned by the local government. The location is also serving a trash facility in TPU Menteng Atas, Setiabudi, Jakarta. The aptly named Bilik Pintar or Bilpin is currently facilitating 12 high school bound students, 17 Junior High School-bound students, 21 Elementary-bound students and 24 Kindegarten/Early Childhood Education-bound students. Learning facilities and its materials are limited, these situations lead to students- reluctance to learn. The implementation of multimedia-based learning in Bilpin is proven to promote the students- learning motivation, and to some extend inspire them to go back to school. The learning approaches make use of multimedia, namely, introduction to computer, office software, website creation, coding, game making, graphic design and video editing. After the first 5 months of the implantation, 98% school dropouts are willing to learn further and develop their passion to learning. Include 11,4 % of them decided to go back to school and 34,3 % reconsidered to go back to school.

Abstract
Anggadita Village is one of the villages in Klari Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, West Java. The village is located in a densely industrial and residential area so it is very arid. The density of settlements around the village of Anggadita Karawang and the lack of land that can be used to plant crops is a problem of the lack of interest of residents to plant. Hydroponic cultivation is a solution to the problem of limited land for the residents of Anggadita Village, Karawang. By providing training to residents it is hoped that residents around the village of Anggadita Karawang can continue to increase the production of their hydroponic plants. The method used is training in how to plant and care for plants, including eradication of pests against these hydroponic plants so that the yield of hydroponic plants is increasing. The training was carried out by practicing how to plant hydroponics, followed by visits to the homes of residents to evaluate the growth of the plants.

Abstract
